About KPMG Ethics Helpline
KPMG Ethics Helpline is an external and independent third-party service provider appointed by India Nippon Electricals Limited (‘INEL’) for its employees (including contractual/fixed term and casual), directors and third-party (vendor, supplier, dealer, consultants, contractors and any other third-party associated with INEL) to report unethical conduct in good faith. In addition to reporting the unethical conduct using this platform, you can also connect with Ethics Helpline using the below mentioned reporting channels.

India Nippon Electricals Limited is deeply committed to provide a respectful work environment, not only for all our employees, but for all our external partners too. Towards this, we have introduced Ethics Helpline for the employees, directors, vendors, suppliers and other stakeholders. Towards this, we have introduced the Ethics Helpline Service managed by KPMG (a third party professional organisation). The helpline serves as an avenue for reporting any unethical or fraudulent activity or violations of the Code of Conduct and policies. This will also promote transparency at workplace. The Service will be available in English, Hindi and Tamil.
